Cream Dola Silk with an all-over triangular geometric Ajrakh block print in red, black and blue, a print that has the precision of geometry and the warmth of natural dyes. Wash & Care
- Dry clean for the first few washes.
- Thereafter, gently hand wash separately in cold water using a mild detergent.
- Minor colour bleeding during the first few washes is normal and expected.
- Do not soak or wring.
- Do not machine wash.
- Dry inside out in shade. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to preserve colour richness.
- Avoid direct contact with perfume.
- Ensure the saree is clean and completely dry before storing. Air it out after each use.
- Store in a breathable cotton or muslin bag, away from moisture and humidity.
- Avoid storing in plastic covers, as they trap moisture and may damage the natural dyes.
- Refold the saree periodically to help preserve the fabric and prevent crease marks.
- Air the saree every few months.
- Special Care for Ajrakh Mirror Work Sarees: To preserve the mirror detailing, we recommend dry cleaning only. Avoid hand washing or machine washing, as repeated rubbing or agitation may loosen the mirrors over time. Store the saree folded in the muslin bag provided, avoiding any heavy pressure on the mirror work.

Return & Refund Policy
Every Nalivu saree carries the work of skilled artisans and weavers we’ve had the privilege of working with, whose knowledge and craft have been passed down through generations.
We understand, however, that sometimes a piece may not feel quite right for you.
For change-of-mind returns, we offer store credit rather than refunds. You may request a return within 48 hours of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
- If you'd like to return your saree for any reason other than a product issue, you may request a return within 48 hours of delivery.
- To initiate a return, email hello@nalivu.in or reply to the order confirmation email.
- The saree must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free from stains or perfume, with original tags and packaging.
- Return shipping charges for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility.
- After inspection, eligible returns are issued as store credit valid for 6 months.
- No refunds for change-of-mind returns.
- Store credit is issued as a one-time discount code and must be redeemed in a single purchase. Any unused balance cannot be carried forward, reissued, or redeemed for cash.
- Only one return request per order.
- Store credit is non-transferable and can be redeemed only on nalivu.in within 6 months of the date of issue.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT, OR MISSING ITEMS
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@nalivu.in or by replying to your order confirmation email.
- To help us verify the issue, your request must include:
— A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened, without any cuts or edits.
— Clear photographs of the product and the issue. - Claims for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items cannot be processed without a valid, continuous unboxing video.
- As each saree is handcrafted and produced in limited quantities, an identical replacement may not always be available. In such cases, a full refund will be issued after verification.
- Once your request has been verified:
— We will arrange a replacement, subject to stock availability.
— If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued. - For verified damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, Nalivu will bear all applicable shipping costs for the replacement or return process.
- We'll guide you through the next steps once the verification is complete.

- Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility.
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, alterations, stains, perfume, or damage will not be eligible for return.
- Nalivu bears all shipping costs for verified damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items.
- Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
- Minor irregularities in print, dye, weave, or slight colour variations from website images are a natural characteristic of handcrafted textiles and are not considered defects.
- Sale items, custom-made pieces, and gift cards (if applicable) are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
